• Provide portfolio-level reporting and quantitative analytics for Personal and Student Loan collections, partnering with directors and executive managers to inform strategy, monitor performance, and support OKRs.

• Design, develop, and iterate Tableau dashboards and executive reports tracking high-level collections KPIs (recoveries, cure rates, roll rates, delinquency trends) used by senior stakeholders for decision-making.

• Develop and maintain Snowflake tables and data models to standardize definitions, improve data consistency, and enable faster report generation and ad hoc analysis across the Collections organization.

• Build and sustain production and control reports that support business-critical functions, including regulatory compliance monitoring and SLA enforcement, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Partnered with senior stakeholders in the Loan Review business unit to deliver quantitative analytics and act as the SME on data sources and metric definitions, enabling the BU to meet objectives and key results through actionable insights.

• Led design and launch of the team-member scorecard dashboards to monitor performance and guide coaching; defined employee-level metrics with stakeholders and deployed in Q2 2022. This dashboard averaged ~1,250 uses/month.
